Echeveria 'Frosty' is a distinctive cultivar with blue-green, succulent leaves covered in dense, silver-white hairs giving the mounds of foliage a bold, frosted look. This is a shrubby species with rusty brown, branching stems eventually forming mounds about one foot tall and a bit wider.
