Notes:
Hydrangea Everlasting Amethyst has sturdy, long lasting flowers held high on thick, upright stems that begin fuchsia pink or violet blue, depending on the acidity of the soil, highlighted with green. The flowers age to a reddish pink with lime green. Plants grow into 3 foot mounds and bloom on both old and new wood. This means you can have flowers even in zone 5 when your hydrangea has died back to the ground!

Native Habitat:
Cool, moist, shaded locations in rich soils of woodlands and along hedgerows and streambanks.
