Common Name: Mexican Abelia Family: Caprifoliaceae (The Honeysuckle Family)

This is the showstopper of the genus with arching branches that drip with long, flared, fucshia trumpets in early summer. This is also the least hardy of the genus but worth the effort. Plant in a warm protected situation. Hardy to about -10°C. From Mexico.
