Arisaema triphyllum
Common Name: Jack-in-the-Pulpit Family: Araceae (The Arum Family)

Ariseama triphyllum has green and maroon striped hooded spathes and is one of two North American species. The rest of the genus is from Asia and offers some marvelous plants for the woodland garden, some of which we’ll have from seed in a couple of years. If you’re an afficionado, ask about some very rare and choice cultivars that we should have arriving this spring.
